Shipping policy

Vaununi.fi does not use traditional mail or home delivery. We exclusively offer pickup and return services from our designated location.

Pickup and Return

All reserved products are to be picked up and returned to the following location:

• Location: Alepa Airport (Helsinki-Vantaa Airport)
• Address: Terminal 2, Arrivals, 01530 Vantaa, Finland

Delivery Method and Costs

• Pickup: Free of charge. Products are available for pickup at the time specified in your booking confirmation.
• Shipping: We do not ship products via mail or courier services.

Picking Up Your Reservation

Upon pickup, the customer must be prepared to present a valid booking confirmation (electronic or printed) and, if requested, a valid ID. Only the person who made the reservation or an authorized person may pick up the products.

Delays and Cancellations

If a pickup or return is delayed from the original schedule, please contact our customer service immediately at: contact@vaununi.fi.

Reservation cancellation terms are governed by our general terms and conditions (cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period).
